Bob Garrett is very knowledgeable and I found it easy to follow his analysis of my options. But I only talked with Bob once. Sean does my work. We work via email. Sean is knowledgeable and thorough in his responses to questions; I feel lucky to work with him. That said, E&B tends to run late and require a bit of nagging to complete work. My businesses, trusts, and other financial vehicles are a bit complex and I would be overwhelmed--and probably do things wrong--without E&Bs services.
