I got this guy 20 years ago to help with the sale of the family business and my divorce, and I just haven't been able to leave him, though I don't really need him any more. Friendly, well-informed, willing to answer emails any time of the year promptly, knows the tax code forward and backward. Willing to consider new ideas. Good with small businesses, and valuation of businesses. ALso forensic accounting (found where my ex-husband was hiding his money!). Youngish so he won't retire too soon.
