I looked at several and this one has Kaiser physicians coming in. The staff are mostly Filipino and they talk in Tagalog among themselves. This bothers my mother. The director of nursing (Tess) is a good nurse and the social worker (Jennifer Zahner) tries hard. Many of the C.N.A.'s (caregivers) try hard. The night shift is poorly supervised. I have found the call button tossed behind the bed so my mother cannot get to it.
