I would not recommend this dealership to repair your vehicle. Take it to an independent mechanic for repair if your car is outside of the warranty period. I scheduled an appointment several months ago to repair a 2009 Cadillac CTS which was experiencing problems with the fuel system in that the car was sputtering while under acceleration and while going uphill. I described the issue to the service department, and they went about "working" on the vehicle. They advised me that this particular model was difficult to repair, but they replaced a few things surrounding the fuel intake only. After receiving the car back, it did not work correctly. The problem was still present. Brought it back again a second time, They tinkered on it for another day. Received the car and after four weeks, the engine light flashed on, and the same engine stuttering returned. Finally, I drove the car to an independent mechanic who diagnosed the problem and got the car running smoothly. The coils had to be replaced, and that solved the drive problem.

The dealership switched ownership a year ago. Since then service has deteriorated. At my last service visit the advisor recommended nearly everything including changing wipers and transmission fluid. According to the manual I had another 25k miles before needing to change fluid. I took my complaint all the way to corporate...which only listened and then offered me a $100 certificate towards next service. Since then all I get in e-mail is new car deals. Used to receive service notices and discounts. I haven't returned.
