Seems fine. Responds quickly to emails about concerns. Web page automation is a little funky, but usually adequate. Was not able to set-up automatic deposit along with getting paper statement mailed, even after trying a couple times. They seemed to want to do everything electronically or nothing electronically, not a hybrid. Electronic statements seem somewhat delayed sometimes, but that might be related to COVID. Their attempts to avoid losing checks that are being mailed are a little annoying. They apply adhesive tape to the statement which is on the same piece of paper as the check. It is a nuisance removing the tape and having to fear damaging the check and/or statement while doing so.
