Very customer-centric! Nathan listened to my vision and design and worked with me to make it happen. Other companies insists on THEIR ideas instead of mine (especially if you're female) then bad mouths why my ideas won't work (which wasn't the case). Well, Pacific Coast Pavers focused on what I want and worked with me on how to make it happen. And if a task may not work, they respectfully explained and offered alternative solutions. Nathan and his crew are very professional and friendly. They have excellent customer service.
