Another satisfied customer. I skipped getting other quotes based on the feedback from checkbook but my neighbor who also got a quote from LC when he saw our house being painted said the other two rough quotes he got was more than the quote he received from Lance. There's not really much to add as other reviews have done a good job of telling what the experience working with LC painting is like. They did a thorough job on my house: power wash, sand and prime areas needing them, fill in stucco cracks and caulk seams, mask, paint and cleanup. The one advice I have is if you have plants near walls you care about, trim them yourself or tie them back so you get them to your liking instead of them getting trimmed x inches from the wall.

Lance and his team are great. He's easy to work with, he's careful, and, most importantly, he cares. We have almost 500 panes of glass on our house - you can imagine what condition the glazing / paint was in after not having been painted in 27 years. The amount of prep work (so important on a paint job) was tremendous - and he did a great job. I wholeheartedly recommend Lance. He will be my first call when we paint the inside of our house.

Lance and his two co-workers painted my 2,700 sq. ft., one-story Eichler home, They were all professional painters with many years of experience, more than 20 years each, I think. At least one painter was a former union painter. The painters arrived each morning before 7:00 am to start work promptly at 7:00. They arrived in LC Painting pickup vans or trunks. Did an excellent, thorough job with the all-important prep work. There was no overspray or slopy workmanship. Lance, the owner, was on the job working with his crew almost all the time, which is what I wanted. I may have gotten a less expensive paint job, but it would not have been as good a job.
