I've gone here for decades and they have definitely gone (way) downhill. I had dried bugs on my grill and three different people half heartedly worked on them and they still were not off. When I had this problem in the past the job was done well without me asking anything.

They do such a high volume of cars each day that their finishing rags get washed but not dried, so your windshield may be cleaned but still have damp streaks. It's best to go when they're not busy -- the line slows down and you get a much better, more thorough cleaning.
