We've been taking our Toyotas here for about 20 years. They always have done work properly -- we've never had problems in this regard. However, they are much more expensive than independent shops and always try to add on every possible service item, which adds to the cost. We find that it is necessary to know exactly what we need and question every additional service item they suggest beyond that. And read the cost quote carefully!

Superior timely work on standard maintenance, not as good or timely on major repairs

I trust Toyota of Sunnyvale because I figure no one knows my car like they do. They always take me right away and have a nice waiting room with t.v., wi-fi and chairs. They will give you a complimentary drive home if the repairs are going to take awhile. I am very happy with Toyota Sunnyvale.
