I had several software intermittent problems. Honda can never find the problem or cause (because it is intermittent). Staff is pleasant but the problem does not go away. I also suspect that this Honda software is not good!!!

I've taken our cars to Larry Hopkins for over 20 years. Their service is dependable and they aim to please. Their new online scheduling process is sometimes a pain. Prices are IMHO mostly fair; they often provide discount coupons that reduce repair cost 10-20% of full price.
