Lowe's uses Angi for installation. Angi is incompetent. They send out conflicting information about your appointment time. You need an app installed to communicate with them. The installer they sent out made a mistake and claimed the device was faulty. Angi and Lowe's don't talk with each other. The APIs between their software systems don't communicate properly. You as the customer get stuck in the middle. It's an absolutely horrible experience. It took me two months to get a working garage door opener.
