They are very experienced and trust-able professionals, and do an excellent job for you. During the busiest season, they came right away and gave a good estimate for downspout replacement. They are responsive to any questions and suggestions. They proposed a different round aluminum downspout for good flow with no debris clogging and no dripping noise. I decided to go with their proposal and they completed the work within a week on budget. They were very careful to not damage anything, and cleaned up all of the scrap, etc.
