and help set up bluetooth connectivity were not. I drove over an hour and a half on a Saturday (after agreeing to a time to do all of this with the dealership) only to arrive there and be told that the person was not coming in. This is after I called to confirm! They then had the gall to call me constantly asking for reviews of service and to pitch new cars. Anyways. I feel like they could do better.
