The change in management and managers has definitely deteriorated since I moved in here 8.5 years ago. Current manager sits in her office with the miniblinds closed so you can't tell if she is open for questions or not. The office hours posted on the door don't reflect what actually occurs. The maintenance of this six story apartment building has deteriorated with the change of maintenance personnel. The floors are vacuumed, the recycle room, which used to be mopped every week, hasn't been mopped in months. The maintenance person will not assist those residents who aren't conversant in English and are unable to fill out the proper form. The rent was just raised, again, for more poor performance. On the plus side, the manager does hold monthly meetings. Unfortunately, more than three-quarter of the residents are unable to attend because they are at work. It's the same thing with social activities. They are held mid morning or early afternoon. No one takes into consideration the working people.
