Every tuning includes taking apart the piano and cleaning it. They voice the piano also. An appraisal is provided periodically. He has special certification which is important. The only problem is cleaning appointments are tentative and last year they did not confirm or show up so if they don't confirm the appointment right before it, you need to call to reschedule. If you had a special event and you wanted turning before that, you can't count on them to do that. So, it is scheduling the tuning a month or more before the event in case the turning gets rescheduled. They are more expensive but they do much more than a typical tuner.
