Porcelain tile installation job was done well. Horrendous experience with stone. In experienced estimator approved our design then informed us it could not be done. We hand picked a slab elsewhere and North Coast shattered most of it during fabrication. We were not informed and they tried to install parts of the slab that we had requested they not use. When we called them on the error they denied responsibility, blaming it on the stone and were unapologetic. We refused installation and had to find a new slab that was clearly not at nice as our first, but all that was available. Very disappointed that we were not immediately informed that our stone was damaged and even more upset that they tried to pass off different stone pieces than we had laid out for them. We paid our full commitment and were glad when they were gone.
