I used S&G through Costco program. Pricing was competitive when taking the Costco gift card into account. Sales and installation staff were prompt and friendly. We ran into one problem: After uninstalling our old carpet, the installation crew noticed cosmetic defects in the new carpet. Since they had already removed our old carpet, they had to temporarily install the defective (but fully functional) carpet while waiting for the factory to ship some new carpet. The cosmetic defects were only noticeable in the sunlight, so it's possible they could have gotten away with installing it and I may never have noticed. I appreciate their honesty & attention to detail. However, I do think they should have inspected the carpet thoroughly at their warehouse, or at least before uninstalling the old carpet, since it would have saved us quite a bit of hassle (moving all of our stuff out & in & out again). When I raised this issue to them and asked for some compensation to help offset the added hassle & hotel stay, they were willing to give a fair partial refund. In conclusion - I recommend this company because mistakes can happen anywhere, but they showed integrity and professionalism through it all, and we are quite satisfied with the end result.

Had many choices, even for a small area. Excellent installation and service. Quickly replaced a product that did not fit the color scheme.
