This company replaced our rear fence about ten years ago and at that time they did a good job. When it came time to replace our sideyard fence, we reached to them. An estimator came out and she seemed knowledgeable. But clearly she was not engaged with her task because on the day the crew was to arrive for the work, she called us to say she had mismeasured the fence and left out seven feet of fence, and that the cost was going to be more than $700 additional. She cried saying that she was "only human." We were unhappy, of course. When the crew came out they didn't replace the final seven feet of fence that day since the additional cost was still in dispute. Eventually someone got back to us and offered to split the additional cost 50/50, and we agreed. But that wasn't the end of this sad saga. The boards they used were filled will knot holes, some of the boards used were splintered, and in one case, the wood facing at the top of boards was miscut and they tried to cover it up by adding a small piece of wood. It took many hours of emails and phone calls to have the company make the needed changes to the fence. Definitely do not recommend unless you are lacking drama in your life.
