The first time I went, the rep was great. She looked at the letter from the IRS and knew exactly what the issue was then instructed me on how to fix it. When I returned with the correct forms I was helped by another rep who seemed very frazzled by the whole situation. I'm already stressed out coming to you guys for help. I don't want to be helped by someone who isn't sure of what's going on.
