They fixed my problem…but…they charge travel time at $200-225/hour plus a one hour minimum labor charge. That means that the least they may charge for a service call is about $300-340 (1/2 hour travel plus the 1 hour minimum labor)!

I wouldn’t use them again. Though pleasant to speak with office staff, contacting them for an appointment was difficult and they forgot about me which caused me to start all over and reach out again after no one called me to follow up as they promised. Also charged me a steep hourly rate to address a list of several issues but the plumber who came out informed that I could have had them come out for an flat price quote. Felt cheated given that I had inquired about cost/quote options and was only given hourly rate choice.

I had 2 bathroom faucets to replace. User supplied. The first could not be completed by the plumber because the stem on the drain plunger would not fit under the sink. I got a replacement faucet that fit but after the plumber finished, he told me not to "jar" the sink because the drain pipes didn't fit together properly and jarring the sink would make them come apart. It was left that way as "fixed." The second faucet was installed with the handles put on backwards. When I insisted they be corrected so that the handles looked like the ones on the previous faucet, the plumber had to call the office to walk him through how to fix them. That took 2 hours. I could have replaced both these faucets myself faster than these 2 plumbers. I'm a 72 year old woman. When the bill came, I refused to pay the astonishing amount - which included calling the office and the 2 hours trying to figure out how to put the handles on correctly. They knocked off the 2 hours. Was still outrageously expensive. Not competent. Way overpriced.
