They are very knowledgeable and very approachable. Easy to work with. Their variety of all things bike related is fantastic!

In past years, I have purchased bikes and had a tune-up, each of which was OK but not especially impressive. Recently, I purchased an E-bike that needed a small amount of local set-up. The bike arrived and I was notified on the date initially announced. The staff certainly did know enough to get me fit adequately and the bike ready to go. They did not know about accessories that I learned from the manufacturer's website. I was told that there was no problem with not charging the battery for 5-6 months (which will be necessary this year). I learned from the bike's manual that the bike MUST be recharged within 90 days maximum (mentioned a couple times). Showing that I'm a source of income rather than a person, the guy who sold me the pretty expensive bike did not recognize me when I returned to get the bike 6 days after the sale, although I was wearing pretty similar attire.
