Toyota replaced major computer without charge even though car was out of warranty. This dealership did an adequate job of representing the company.

Falsifies repairs needed. Told my daughter on routine maintenance for 2015 Toyota Corolla that she needed to replace water pump for $480. I advised her to get second opinion, took car to trusted independent shop that found water pump did not need replacement. On her minor maintenance visit the previous time, Toyota San Rafael drove up bill to over $400.

they are the dealer, so they are expensive. for the last 6-7 years, then never have parts in stock, and so there is always a diagnostic visit ($$) and then a return, usually overnight, after the parts are in, to complete the repair. very painful, every time!
