During July 24 heat wave my AC went out, called Dan, although slammed with repairs he was going to come in to work Friday after the 4th and he said he would try to stop by if he could, otherwise it would be Tuesday. Friday, he called and came by, diagnosed the minor problem (blown capacitor), had parts on the truck and fixed the problem. Just regular service call and parts no upcharge for rush or holiday. Great Service and a great person to deal with.

Dickson is high quality and great value. We got 3 bids for a furnace replacement and Dickson was the lowest. The work and staff were extremely professional. We are very happy with having worked with them.
