The owner, Delio Villatoro, has pictures of his work on instagram (@DVSLandscaping). He removed a tree on the boulevard that was pushing up the sidewalk, and replaced the sidewalk. He was knowledgeable about the City of Oakland requirements for the sidewalk. There was one place where the curb got cracked (thin spot on the curb over a drainpipe) - they came out and repaired it at no extra charge and with no argument. The only issue is that it's taking them a while to deposit the check we sent to pay for it...
