We've purchased two mattresses (one king and one queen) from Sleep Haven, one in 2016 and one about a month ago in 2019. Pricing is clear and honest, which makes for a much smoother buying experience than at the big-name mattress stores where you're expected to do the haggling dance. Compared to multiple rounds of disingenuous "price cuts" offered to us at another mattress store down the street, we got the actual price from Sleep Haven right up front, with no run-around. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, albeit a little bit pushy if you look like you're a serious buyer - but it's tolerable. We were actually talked OUT of buying a split queen box spring (a normal queen wouldn't fit up our stairway) and recommended to buy slats instead, which saved us cash in the end.
