we had an excellent purchasing experience but when the product was delivered we were told they couldn't take our old headboard & mattress (although we had been assured by the sales person the removal of both was no problem). We were told to call the sales person if there was a problem which we did with no avail. They did come back the next day & get the head board but it's really poor customer service to be assured one thing & then to stress over it in the end. Mancini's are all over the place so I'd probably go to another one if ever in need of another mattress.

Have purchased several mattresses here over many years and always great assistance and advice in choosing a mattress and pillows. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who care that you're happy with your purchase.
