They did a lot of things well. There was one problem which I’ve had to delay getting addressed. A portion of the insulation job was not finished, I think by accident. I’m still expecting to get them to come back and take care of that. They also rodent-proofed our crawl space and it was effective at finally ending a long standing occasional rat presence. They use pieces of ¼” welded wire and staples and spray urethane foam to plug or screen openings. The crew was very well suited up for protection from fiberglass and dust particles, thankfully. I’ve had to do some cleanup afterward of many small bits of old fiberglass but the crawl space is in better shape than it has been for a long time and we’re back to having well-insulated floors.

I received a bid from Atticare for crawlspace insulation that was 4 times higher than the nearest competitor. I felt like I was being conned.
