Was referred to Willow Glen urgent care clinic because my primary care physician didn't have a schedule opening soon enough. The doctor that was assigned to me at the clinic was rude; she behaved as though it was an imposition for me to ask about the risks of the medication being prescribed. She must not be familiar with the principle of informed consent. Then the clinic overcharged my insurance, claiming that the office visit was 30-44 min. Time spent in the exam room waiting for the doctor to show up was longer than the face time with the doctor; the latter was no more than 10 min.
