Very reliable. Does not nickel and dime you for every little thing. Whenever I call about something he either answers the phone or calls back right away. My pool is always clean and clear.

Not Recommended
Craig maintained our pool for 1.5 years but could not control an algae problem during that whole time. Also, communication is a bit weird -- he did not tell me in advance he doesn't service the pool during the winter and just didn't show up. Also he said he installs heaters and we discussed some options but he never responded to my follow-up messages.
