Did a great job installing our solar panels and the system works very well. All was done correctly right from the start and we have had no problems.

SunPower is listed here and also has a separate listing for "Sun Power Corporation" in Richmond. I believe both of these listings are for the same company so I'm posting my review in both. The solar industry is already confusing because every company is trying to include the word 'solar' in their company name. Use that as a warning to do your research!!! Sunpower solar panels generally (depends on the type/model) have a very high rating in the industry because of performance and reliability. My experience in 2022 is that "SunPower" referenced in this listing is the manufacturer. If you use their website you will be referred to one of their installers, which is fine but consumers should realize that there's two parts to getting the solar (1) the product (2) sales and installation. Sunpower installers are generally quite knowledgeable and experienced. Sunpower equipment/installers are generally premium priced and as a consumer you need to understand why you would pay that premium. I did elect to use Sunpower and I'm glad I did but realize this rating reflects both the product and installer, which can't really be separated (Solar Technologies is the master dealer in the bay area; there is a separate listing for them). As a homeowner I did an intensive learning experience through online research and bids from 6 solar installers. You quickly learn that there are some companies that do installs but use outside sales agents. Other companies manage the whole process and use sub-contractors for certain aspects (electricians, permit application, etc). And some companies do it all in-house. Bottom line is to do your homework. It can be confusing at times, but learn the lingo and details. Ask questions. This is equipment on your roof with a lifetime over 25 years. I'm very detailed oriented so I started with researching the pros/cons of various solar panel manufacturers, inverters (micro or string) and then was ready to talk to installers about what products they use. I ended up selecting SunPower (and Solar Technologies as their dealer/installer). Of course you have to separate sales hype from fact but I've been impressed with the SunPower product and their installation. It's very clean and professional. On my house the roof and solar panels is the most visible feature so therefore I was concerned about the appearance of mounting hardware, visual distractions, etc. Other homes may have panels that are not really visible to others so your criteria would be different. I also used the "Bay Area Sunshares" program (do a search on that term) which provided a small incentive on pricing.
