I have a left knee injury complicated by age. I'm 79, and surgery, I had a tumor removed from below my right hip so my gait is uneven. Sara has worked with me, prescribing different exercises from riding an exercycle to bouncing a rubber ball and then a rubber band between my knees, Endeavored to straighten my back/body through manipulation (when I was a young girl I had two accidents resulting in fractured vertebra in my lower back), using a tens device on my knee dialed up to an 8 and numerous times wrapped my left leg in hot towels for 15 minutes. My PT ends tomorrow. I wish the therapy could go on longer but that's all the insurance will cover. The therapy group has emailed an exercise program for me to follow at home so now the onus is on me to remain mobile. The people there are very kind and gentle.

Physical therapist needs to monitor their assistant work. Therapist left room and assistant alone do the settings every time. I had pain due to improper setting of device by assistant and delay healing.
