I am not sure if it is the brand I bought or what, but the higher-end mattress started popping coils within 3 months of delivery, and something in the agreement prevented me from getting a replacement. My son had the same problem with his mattress. Their delivery and pickup were on time and efficient and they took away my old mattress. The staff seem uninspired and bored, but they didn’t jump all over me to make a sale either. I don’t understand their sales policy, but my salesman recommended this inferior mattress and said he bought it for all his family. After this experience, I will probably go back because of the variety they offer, but I will do my due diligence in researching quality before I trust another salesman from there.
