Replaced torsion springs on garage door with supposed "3 years warranty, including parts and labor". After a few months, we had power outage and it was extremely difficult and heavy to manually lift it. Tried to call them, left voicemail, and sent texts - no response at all. Zero. So got another garage door company to look at it and they said the wrong size torsion springs were installed. The springs were replaced with the correct size and now the garage door can be manually and easily opened with one hand.
