This service was for tire rotation and oil change. Both tasks were finished quickly. I received a complete printout on everything that was checked while the car was there. I received a text message whenever the technician completed a task. "Starting work", "completed visual inspection", etc. They essentially kept me in the loop as they performed inspection, etc. The printout had all disk pad measurements, alignment and everything they checked. Wonderful inclusion to what has always been a smoke and mirrors situation in days past. Also, they didn't try selling me on items they found and they could replace. Cabin and engine filters were dirty and I said I can change those with no sales pitch from manager or technician. Have been going there for years. Great people!
