The quality of their service has plummeted over the last 10 years. We have had them service 3 different Toyotas, all of which we purchased from them. We stopped using the repair shop 2-3 years ago because they did such poor work. Always had to go back because they did something wrong or forgot to service something.

They are more honest than Sunnyvale dealership, but that's not saying much. If you need factory service, I would choose Stevens Creek Toyota. They will try to sneak in extra costs after you 'okay' the initial service, so you have to watch them carefully.
