GREAT TIME ESTIMATE. LOANER CAR!

We got an appointment as quickly as possible (given Covid-19 restrictions), and they got work done quickly. Waiting areas were informally outdoors, given distancing requirements of the pandemic. was OK because weather was good. They corrected problems caused by another repair shop who, in simply providing a new battery, had managed to mess up a lot of the dash-board lighting indicators in the process. SC Subaru got the work done properly on the 1st try. (Previous shop had already made 2 attempts without success.)

I had put off doing recall repairs during the pandemic shutdown, but finally went ahead with it. Normally I would just wait for the work to be done as I live quite far from them. But that was not an option; their customer lounge was closed because of the virus. The good news is that they gave me a loaner car--very nice. No charger for the loaner; they just asked me to put in gas for as much as I used.
