Definitely not recommended. Because of shelter-in-place rules, business was slow. In addition, they recently completed extensive remodeling so they were gouging customers. During the last three years, customer service has progressively worsened.

I mostly went because they wash your car for free, but stopped after they started suggesting unnecessary repairs which were not even listed in the Toyota repair schedule.
