Work has been completed properly, however I have found in two cases their inspection reports to not necessarily be accurate. In one case they failed to diagnose an issue and another time they told me something that I knew immediately was not true and after they went back and did another check told me they’d mixed my report up with that of another customer. I’ve been a customer over 10 years and this had not happened before this year. So I’ll give them another chance.

After recall work on airbag, key fob didn't work and contents of center console were just stuffed back in, tearing some tax mileage records. It turns out that they neglected to hook up the transmitter - to fix it, they had to remove the entire front dash again and broke part of the trim. The radio also seems to be loose because there is a lot of static on rough pavement, but I didn't take it back for a third try at it.
