Had a special on Oil change and free wiper blades. While I waited the car was parked in the lot by a gentleman who had no idea that it was to be a "while I wait" service. He took it back. Subsequently the bill was presented with details of the wrong car. It did have new wiper blades, but whether it really was serviced I have no idea. 2 hrs elapsed.

Informed me that a tire would need to be replaced due to a puncture in the sidewall. Puncture was actually in the main portion of the tread and I had it repaired at a service station.
