Did not try to oversell. Was able to remove my back window and reinstall it instead of requiring me to get an entirely new window. I appreciate his honestly. Saved me a lot of money and is better to the environment. Did a great job. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and use his services if I ever need window repairs.

I had a small crack in my window. I called a nearby car wash that was recommended to me, but talking to them it became apparent that's not their core expertise, so I decided to look for a professional. Autoglass Masters had consistently great reviews here on Checkbook and many other review services, and I'm very happy I've chosen Bill's shop. Interestingly, Bill didn't promise a specific amount of time the repair will take, as he said he prefers not to rush the job and do it properly. He said it will likely be between 30-60 minutes, but at the end of took about 25. The repair is now hardly visible. And the funny part is that the cost of a professional repair was a bit lower than what a car wash quoted me :)
