November and our gas furnace wouldn't turn on. The SF heating companies didn't serve mid-peninsula. Sandium covers mid-pen, but they try to group calls in the area to save travel, so it took a few days for them to do an initial service call. Needed a new blower motor assembly on an old, slightly obscure brand. The technician was very clear on next steps, costs and timing. He noted that given the age of the unit, there might be other problems lurking. Their part price was the same as I found online and I didn't have to pay additional tax and shipping. The part arrived earlier than expected on a Friday, so the the technician brought it out and installed it on the same day. That cut four days off the schedule. A month later and it's still working fine.

During the hottest days of this summer (100+ degrees) my heat pump failed so I called Sandium for help and they were able to get a technician out that same day. Steven spent an hour trying to revive my condenser during the unending heat. He contacted Tyler in sales who then provided me an estimate for a 2 ton replacement heat pump. He came out to the house and measured the attic opening upstairs to make sure that fan coil would fit to replace the previous 2 ton Carrier there. Tyler answered my questions and provided a comprehensive contract. His lead tech Chava and crew finished in two days. They all wore shoe coverings when in the house and cleaned up well afterward. Chava was terrific in explaining the workings of a heat pump so that it was easily understood. I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendliness and expertise of the workers.

I worked with Tyler on replacing my aging HVAC system and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in advising on the type of Furnace and Air Conditioning I needed. The work was neat and after more than a year since installation, still very happy with my new HVAC system. Highly recommend Sandium.
