Steven came relatively on time, found the problem quickly, and got the part within hours. When the new part failed he showed a real commitment to fix the furnace by getting another new part and changing his schedule to make sure he would be able to install it quickly. However you have to pay $135 for someone to come out and diagnose the problem and it's not refundable if you choose to work with them. Pricing seemed high but not extreme.

Martin came out to repair my heat pump. he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. he found the problem within an hour and fixed it. the price was fair and the overall experience was great. strongly recommend them

Called Sandium this week. Note their phone in answered by an AI assistant that tried to schedule a booking but was unable to answer any questions, which was not a welcome start. They did call back and were able to schedule a same-day appointment to troubleshoot an intermittent problem that was reproducing upon their arrival. Their technician Miguel was professional and friendly, but after billing for extra time after they were unable to identify a concrete cause and left making this call a waste of $340.
