Unresponsive, incompetent, and untrustworthy, to say the least, bordering to negligence. They can barely meet the basic requirements of maintaining bookkeeping (oftentimes with late payments to vendors) and governance (lost count of meetings that started late, had to be reschedules, or reminded of multiple times). We also got tricked to use their preferred vendors, mostly unreliable if not incapable. We ended up losing lots of money.

They were one of our management companies when I was on my HOA Board, and our manager was horrible. She didn't listen, was abusive and abrasive to everyone, and they nearly drove our building financially into the ground. We started a $40,000 repair project with them and ended up having to take out a $320,000 construction loan to finish it.
