This is only one of two professional property management company's in SF. When I was looking for condo to move into I told my real estate to only show me property's managed by Hill & co or Chandler. Both are proactive, rather then reactive and manage the property's as if they were their owned. Their expert advice and vendor list is the best. Try and get Aaron. He is a wealth of information, Very professional when dealing with unit owners or tenants. And always has your best interests in mind. Has the ability do deal with over bearing residents, renters etc keeping every one happy. 99% of property management company's are nothing more then a book keeping service and responding to a issue when they are told. These two companies will make sure maintence is done before they are problems.
