Service has gone very much downhill since Kindred sold this branch to a company based in Utah. Victorian Post Acute is now the new name. They concentrate on short term care, but keeping existing long-term care patients. With people constantly in and out now, staff is simply over-worked. Staff say they will call back, but never do. Leave phone message, but never get call back. Staff do not have e-mails or voicemails in 2019. Need to repeat the same thing to several people, seems like that they do not communicate with each other or have adequate notes in their computer system. Many if not most do not have good English communication skills. Patients have been neglected with long nails and body odors now. Food is canned, not fresh or frozen. Find another place to locate your love ones and save yourself unnecessary grief.
