Kentfield Hospital is a Long Term Acute Care facility. They are grossly understaffed, poorly managed, there is very little communication between staff, they did inadequate physical therapy, and there is no consistency of staff, for example most of the doctors are with a patient for only a week and then a new one rotates in, and new nurses rotate in every few days. The physical facility was poor, for example, several of the rooms used do not have working call buttons or phones so if a patient needs help there is no way for them to communicate with staff, another had a large hole in the wall, etc. In my opinion Kentfield was overall very substandard.
