Patient care is inconsistent. Some staff members are polite and efficient. But some staff members do not appear to enjoy their jobs or feel the need to communicate with each other, resulting in poor patient care. Patient items are often misplaced. Their record keeping is shoddy, but I am not sure which entity is responsible for that.
