My experience has been with the front desk reception/registration folks and the blood-draw lab only. The entryway's signage is not completely clear, and many folks walk in and do not read signs. So confusion reigns, since the lab's set-up relies on folks understanding & following sign instructions. Front desk staff are ok. Blood draw lab staff act miserable, as if overworked, underappreciated, underpaid. Not a smile or sense of humor to be seen anywhere, in there. Abrupt, even rude, in one case. Not a happy place. But they got my blood labs completed. So, apparently competent. That's key.
