The outcome is excellent. The patched areas around the windows, both inside and outside, are difficult to see. Some stucco could be a little better, but it's not a major issue worth downgrading the ratings in any way. Quality of the sheetrock finish is excellent everywhere, and the carpentry for window trim and sills to match the remainder of the house is perfect. This in particular exceeded our expectations.
We lived in the house while the work was proceeding, and Ting and his crew always taped up plastic dust barriers and took care not to damage anything else in the house.
We explicitly agreed to be flexible on timing so that Ting could start earlier and fit us into an otherwise very busy construction time, and he was happy to do so. He always let us know when he would be coming and for how long he would be working on the progression. Communication was excellent.
We are very happy with the result and the process. Highly recommended.
