Overall, the floors look good. Good color, finish is smooth and even. They were careful and didn't damage our Gumwood baseboards. Good price. However, they did not reset enough nails so we ended up with a few "shiners", even after I pointed it out before they were finished. Also, I counted the coats of varnish and they tried to skip the last one.

Ming Jade was the subcontractor used by our general contractor so we cannot rate the price. They refinished all the existing hardwood flooring in our house as well as installed new hardwood flooring in 2 rooms. They did a great job with matching the look of the old hardwood. There are some areas where the polyurethane pooled or we can see uneven staining but overall Ming Jade did a very good job. The quality is between adequate and superior.
