Linda, the proprietor of this family owned business, was superb along every step of the way, from selection through ordering. Although the address is listed in San Francisco, Pioneer Home Supply is now located in Belmont. The nice thing is that I didn't even have to drive from SF to Belmont to look at samples and place my order. I explained to Linda exactly what I was looking for in stairway carpets, she directed me to several manufacturer websites and then she ordered swatches of the ones I liked sent to my home. I selected one and my installer picked up my order in Union City and brought it back to SF for installation. Great service and Pioneer's low overhead mean low prices as well.

Linda was very easy to deal with and the price was better than her competitors. She also had a wide selection of products and gave me helpful advice on what would work for my project to recarpet my bedrooms.

We have used the company on several occastions over the past 30 years. Linda is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and quite helpful. In 1980, when I asked for a durable carpet for my tenant's apartment, she gave me one that lasted 30 years. Her prices have always been lower than any compeditors'.
